Having been through a nightmare renovation process a number of years ago, we were extremely nervous about what might happen with the larger scale renovation we had planned. From the moment we met Tim, our minds were put at ease. Tim was extremely punctual, thoughtful and clearly had an eye for detail.
His communication was also a breath of fresh air – he was always available to answer calls/texts/emails whenever we had any questions or ideas that we wanted to run past him. It is difficult to find trades/builders you can trust and rely on, however this is not something you need to worry about at all with Tim and his team. Tim was able to bring our vision to life and the end-product is better than we could have imagined. He has turned an out-dated and impractical kitchen and living area which we avoided being in, into the heart and centre piece of the house which we now find it hard to leave.
From Day 1, the entire process was smooth and managed incredibly well. He cared for our house like it was his own and the end result speaks for itself.
